Latest update: uninstalled app, rebooted iPhone, installed app again. BT and Wifi both on. Drain started again. I turned off BT at 8:30am and drain continued. I turned off wifi on phone at 8:51, and drain stopped at 8:52. It looks like the phone app has some type of wifi connection to the...
Yes, just checked and I do have phone and key fob proximity locking turned off at home.
The other strange thing is that I just entered the car in my garage. When I woke the vehicle, it started charging again since it was below 70%. It hasn't done that in a long time. Once it finished charging...
I turned off my phone bluetooth and wifi last night, and it looks like that improved things a bit. The Rivian isn't waking up from sleep very often, and the battery hasn't lost any range so far.
Compare this to the night before when my phone BT and wifi were on, you can see that the Rivian...
I did see your earlier post about this. I hope they fix it soon. It's really annoying and a step backward. I used to get 1% drain if unplugged per day, which was acceptable. Now it's 3% even if plugged in.
I'm still losing ~3% per day now parked in the garage plugged in with gear guard off. It used to be just 1% before the .30 release.
Two nights ago, I set it to charge to 70%, but it stopped at 69.8%. I didn't drive it all day yesterday but left it plugged in in the garage with gear guard off...
I have a similar setup with Tesla solar and two batteries. I am signed up for the net metering rate with the EV-2 plan like you, so that effectively allows me to charge whenever the rates are lowest and not worry about whether it's coming from solar directly or not. It all nets out. In fact, I...
I love Spotify and like the implementation in the R1. It has a few issues that could be improved but generally works well. I tried Tidal and really didn't like the user interface and lack of song selection. If using Spotify, you can change the stream quality to force it to the highest bitrate.
Honestly, it sounds like a computer issue that it keeps matching you. The guides probably have very little control over that. I'd keep working with the guides and just wait to get the vehicle you want.
So far so good for me. No major issues after three months of ownership. I have a service ticket in for a minor issue and will take it in to the service center in October to get it fixed. For me, it's been a great experience. I love the vehicle and believe it's the best I've ever owned (previous...
