Harbor Freight 25” breaker bar is all you need to get the hex bolts impacted on at factory. Rest are removed with a socket set. Some are hex bolts. 2- 2 1/2 hour job at high setting on suspension. No need for floor jack.

San Jose Rivian Service was quite accommodating in Nov. 2024 with my 2022 R1T replacement of broken original power tonnau to redesigned one, plus a few odds and ends and adding warranty half shaft washers. They gave me a loaner R1T.
