Thank you. I didn't take anything negative from the comments just another persons perspective which is what I’m looking for. I’m hoping if there are enough issues like I had, then Rivian can make a positive change.
Definitely a lesson learned the hard way but also one I didnt expect to learn at all. Would I go and walk or or jump on it, hell no, but I think I should be able to brace my self on the roof of my vehicle if installing something or simply washing it on a beautiful 78 degree day.

Totally makes sense to me. Still a concern that it cracked so easily with minimal weight application. I cant imagine a windshield cracking so easily so why is the roof over our head so much less dense.
The second service center rep I spoke to on the 855 number said I wasn't the first, which surprised me, and that he got 2 calls for the same reason in one day. One person was installing the crossbars, supported his weight with one hand while installing the crossbar and cracked it.
Thats exactly what I brought up with the service folks locally and the 855 service center folks. I asked whats the weight or psi rating? Not even sure if thats the right lingo but its concerning since that pano roof is supposed to protect us.
