Tesla showroom uses 409 to keep white seats white. Been using it on our white interior Tesla, it works great. Haven’t had a reason to clean the Rivian OC yet.
Maybe you just need to have better reflexes/pay more attention and take over before the car does crazy things. All of this is pretty predictable.

If it helps with stress levels, I did one 2 days ago with my 5yo in the car. And I did it mainly just to do it ? It’s much closer to resetting your phone than anything else. But you do it the way you prefer.
I’d do a “hard” reset.
Warning light button and most left button on steering wheel. Hold both until it resets (screen goes dark then reset procedure starts).
A few minutes altogether.
Don’t try again for a few hours once done.
Being in NM you’d need to go to ABQ I assume. I can see how inconvenient it could be. Ours took about 2 hours including going there and back.
