the first 5 minutes are bashing other youtube channels, car manufacturers, and all sorts of things, and nothing about Rivian. Pass, I have better things to do with my life than listen to this.
If car people were as vindictive as they say, Kyle over at Out of Spec would never get cars, he...
We sold our model X early because of his antics, I figured I'll take advantage of the fact I'm not doing anything and it's worth a lot. The recent price increases have made sure I'll never buy another one, $120k for the same vehicle new is nuts. It was barely worth the $89k I paid for it.
Well considering I have a generic 2H23 from the original pre-order in October 2021 I'm adding at least a year to that, and ordered a Land Rover Defender 110 because I'm not waiting any longer without something we can go camping with. Been waiting too long already, 5 years of wasted time and...
Meth is a helluva drug in small town America, or oxy, it's really gotten worse. Sure there are bad Walmarts too but lots of areas are pretty bad, especially when the Sherriff/police are an hour away.
So are a pack of coyotes, too. too many people tossing trash/food out while boondocking and...
I mean to be fair, just about any car does this in high humidity when the cold air hits the windshield and the dew point happens, was going on in my Polestar 2 yesterday just after a heavy rain/hot day/high humidity.
Windshield wipers get rid of it.
Unless there is something messed up with...
The only reason that I care that he got one early is because Rivian made a corporate decisions to do it, but Rivian should have owned the reason why they did it. They should have given him full access, interviews, talk about what they were surprised that he found/said, and how they've made...
Polestar 2 Single Motor models, nice sedan shape, 0-60 isn't get son in trouble speed
Pro you can find some 'pre configured' models at the port and have them sent to your nearest polestar space and be in one rather quickly
Con: not a lot of polestar spaces to pick up from, depending on where...
it should just at a lower rate of charge. But otherwise it should work, though that is 120v/30A, and I don't think you can pull more than 15A on 120v normally.
I will say that some of those camp sites aren't the best electrically and can make the mobile charger angry. Back in the early days...
more the merrier, which makes it amusing to read the stock subforum with all the doom and gloom, we got brands being resurrected to compete with a doomed company :D
yeah i'd be on the phone with the guide. Especially if you have signed paperwork of mileage.
Why the fear of sharing the VIN? just curious, it's not like you can get a loan with a VIN or nothing, it's easier to find your deets other ways anyway.
i love em, i'm worried they won't survive, would be a great boon to have the plants in AR and OK in raising the standard of living there too, really would like them to succeed.
it's not the weight of the vehicle, but the distribution on the wheels that you worry about.
Concrete is usually rated at compression strength in PSI, and 3500 or so is about what you get out of 4" concrete which is what most homes made in the last 40 years have.
If you really want to figure...
30A should be 7,200kW. There's not 'about' really, it's that. Tesla charger would be 9,600 if it's drawing 40A. Tesla's onboard chargers peak out at 48A max (11,520), unless you have an older X they had a 72A onboard charger, not sure about the S. Anything recent though the switched to 48A max...
The 75kWh battery in the model x is notorious for being inefficient. Even when they updated it to the 'standard' with the raven update it didn't last much longer, i got one of the last of those.
even without sentry mode on I lose several percentage points each day. Per the utilities I have I've lost 2.66 kWh today alone and sentry mode/overheat protection is off.
