I couldn't find a ton about these tires so I figured i'd leave some quick thoughts. I just swapped the factory 20 inch goodyear wranglers for Nitto nomads. I really liked the Goodyears and only switched because I'm always interested in what else is out there. I can't comment yet on efficiency as...
We just traded our Model Y for an R1S. Had zero to do with Elon (I actually like him) and everything to do with us just wanting a larger vehicle. I feel like this is more Tesla not offering what many Americans want which is large vehicles of excess.
I have them on my Ram RHO - Not my Rivian - so take this with a grain of salt but I would not put them on my Rivian. They are very heavy tires and they aren't super refined. If going off-road is the main purpose, go for it. If off-road is only a small percentage of your use of them, I'd go with...
Nothing earth shattering here but I was curious what a Dual Standard R1S would run in the 1/4 so I setup the dragy in my wife's. Not too bad but wish it was faster!
3500 miles on mine. I like them. I would say they "feel" more AT than all season in the way they drive with the exception of lower noise. Grip is solid in all conditions.
Doesn't seem off to me. Snow mode reduces regen a lot, and i'm assuming temps were quite cold if you were in snow mode to begin with so heating the truck while sitting will use some range for sure.
