Understand your frustration, it's ridiculous they still haven't delivered yours or wouldn't even give you a window. I can understand they may have glitches in the process, but should have been addressed when an early reservation holder like you contacts them repeatedly. Hope you are not on their...
Let's see if anyone says yes, but I doubt if there is anyone. I doubt they would even look at any of 2023 until they have cleared significant portion of Oct-Dec. But there is hope of end of summer update. That might shuffle some windows, but still I think they will try to take care of current...
I haven't closely followed R1T deliveries but based on what I am seeing recently with both R1T and R1S, I think LE OC is not too far out for most people. For some, unfortunately it takes forever to get contact, but for most my guess is R1S LE OC will be delivered much before EOY. Big question...
First OC confirmation I know. This was posted in Facebook R1S group, so I would think this is really R1S. I'll be happy to see an Adventure confirmed and mine will not be long after that, I hope.
I wonder if we spend too much money on cosmetics (I am not talking about beauty products). Couldn't we accept the normal wear and tear and love the vehicles for their function? This comment is not related to specific incident started this thread, but a general thought✌
I decided to stick to 21s when Sandy's off road video came out. Recently I started wondering if I should get 20s.
It would be good to see other Rivian adventures with 21s, but none to be found. So I started looking else where. After seeing what this Jeep could do with street tires, I feel like...
Yeah, I realized after posting here that they went straight to selling. He made these videos for auction it seems. They can claim first known resale of R1S.
If there are customers that took delivery and didn't share the excitement with others, I wonder why. Only reason I could think of is that they never were as excited as we are about their R1S. If that is the case, how did they get ahead!?
I switched to BM yesterday. I am tired of waiting, couldn't handle the uncertainty caused by Inflation Reduction Act and Rivian's slow reaction to it. I might switch to R1T is we don't see any R1Ss delivered in Aug/Sep.
I think we should pay our fair share of road tax, but they are demanding more than fair share. I pay $200 flat fee in Ohio and I don't even drive 4000 miles a year
I agree with your points. I scanned couple of MX forums but didn't find any interest for R1S from them. MX and R1S are totally different categories as many pointed out already, except them being BEVs with similar size. I almost dropped R1S from my list for having worst efficiency, but I realized...
I don't know much about these ICE luxury vehicles, but get a feeling that R1S is up there with only real downside of inferior range and charging time, which in my opinion easily compensated by low maintenance and cheaper/easier at home charging. I think R1S is a steal even at current prices for...
I never even went into configuration of R1T before, but I almost changed to R1T yesterday. Getting R1T sooner is not a bad thing. But I felt like it's a desperate move and being forced by Rivian. I couldn't live with that feeling and missing out on R1S.
Wow, 2018 LE with BM moved to 1H2023!? Looks like they are probably going to deliver only 3 more R1Ss this year.
This update is disappointing but helps me in another way. I am giving up on getting it with in a year. So, I can stop wasting too much time on Rivian.
Like many here, my family...
