It wouldn't be the first time the CS reps got it wrong, but I just checked with them and said the EPA numbers were achieved without the offroad package
I think the EPA R1T was tested without the offroad package. I'm guessing all of these reviews have it. Does the extra weight and tow hooks don't affect the R1T as much?
Could you do a highway test at 60 and 70mph? There is a power consumption on the dash and maybe you can record the consumption at those 2 speeds. If you could also get a decibel reader app and measure how loud is the cabin at highway speeds....
