With regen breaking and no creep setting, how would you owners approach a very tight garage? Do you one pedal it ever so lightly, modulating it till it fits? Left foot on the break? How confident do you feel in your control of the front end while crawling into tight spaces? Back end?

It does not at the moment. Definitely something that can be added via a software update I imagine.

Garage parking mode: enables coasting when letting off the throttle and removes regen braking so you can ease the car into tight fitting garages. Better still would be auto self park in remembered spaces.

I’m actually planning this trip for June this year—I’ve got an April/May estimated delivery and already have the White Rim overnight permits. There’s a Rivian L2 charger at the nearby Under Canvas glamping site near the trailhead we’re planning to utilize to get to 100% SoC.

This is getting overshadowed by Motortrend’s awesome TransAmerica Trail story today, but it speaks to why I’d rather support Rivian than any other automotive company—they practice what they preach.
