Thank you! I will give this a shot.
It also probably doesnāt help that there have been other big changes going on for him recently as we have some work done to our house.
Iāve had my 2024 R1T for 4 days now or so, and I love it so far. My dog, though? Heās terrified of it. Like, wonāt leave the house if itās in the driveway terrified. Heās a good size dog- 70 lb chocolate lab mix. I think it has to do with the noises the truck makes when it wakes and...
Hi Everyone,
Pretty psyched to take delivery of my 2024 R1T next week! I read over the checklist that Electrified Outdoors put together and noticed that the gear guard cable wasnāt listed. I thought I had read that the short cable was included with the truck. Is that still true for the 2024s...
As an iPhone user, Iād be fine with no CarPlay if they allowed me to connect my phone via usb and stream lossless audio from the phone controlled by the Rivian UI. Hardwire connection sounds better than Bluetooth.
Upcoming Apple Music inclusion is great for me, but I regularly drive through...
Honestly, Iād be happy if could just plug my iPhone in via usb and be able to have lossless music controlled through the Rivian UI. It sounds better than Bluetooth, and since I drive through long cellular dead zones on a regular basis, I wonāt loose music.
Never really thought of getting screen protectors for a car. What are everyoneās opinions?
Also, if leasing, can apply them? Or is that considered a ā cosmetic changeā?
Is it better to have the level 2 charger hardwired in or just plug into a 240V outlet? Have to install whichever one, trying to decide which is better. Per the ChargePoint website, the hardwired version can support 50A vs 40A for the plug in.
I was excited to receive a text the other day informing me that my new 2024 R1T had arrived at my service center and was being prepped for delivery which is tentatively schedule in ⦠1 month?!
Waiting longer is not a big deal for me, but it has made me curious. If the truck is indeed at the...
I had already sent Rivian a message. I had posted here while I was waiting in case anyone had a simple answer.
At any rate, it turns out that the system calculated the taxes incorrectly. Unfortunately for me, the higher value is the correct one, the silver lining, however, is my monthly...
I donāt think so. That has already been paid. This is an additional expense. Itās a little more than $500. I thought it may have been taxes, but those are itemized on other paperwork and the math doesnāt add up.
Every document that I have that is itemized, the lines add up to my āDue at Signingā figure. Nothing adds up to the total amount due figure.
The only thing I could think of is if it is some sort of additional home delivery fee on top of the $1000. But, again, that 1k is on my itemized...
Iām going through all of the paperwork as I prepare for my delivery on 8/1 And I noticed that the value on my payment page listed as āTotal Amount Dueā is about $500 more than the āTotal Due at Signingā that is listed on the Transaction Summary page, the Leasing Details page, the Due at Signing...
looking for any Connecticut owners/leas out there for advice.
My insurance agent is telling me that they canāt provide me with a proof of insurance document until I actually start paying the premium. Makes sense. Will Rivian schedule a delivery date for me without proof of insurance...
Not set up for deliveries at this time. They are unsure if they ever will be. They wouldnāt comment, but I suspect that state law may need to change to allow it.
I had the same question, and just plunked down a deposit on a lease last week for a 2024 DM R1T with the large pack.
Putting the 6k in the down payment spot will give you a good estimate of the lease price, but does not include the $1800 destination fee or the taxes for whatever state you are...
