I am already enrolled in this program for my Chevy Bolt EV. At the moment., you cannot have two EV's in the program but I will fill it out just to boost the count.

I think you are correct. I was in reverse when I tried to adjust the volume and the sound got all muffled with no way to fix it. It sounds like you're in an apartment and there's a house party downstairs. Hopefully it goes away when I start up later today.
