I run in conserve mode only on long trips, but raise the R1T to standard height. This is where the alignment is set correctly. Conserve mode, besides disconnecting the rear motors, lowers the ride height, causing excess camber, (wheels tilted inward at the top), affecting the wear pattern. You...
Seems the range and distance to the charger don't always seem to pan out. I once had 30 miles left and 19 miles to the RAN Charger. Seemed like 11 to spare. Pulled into the charger with 3 miles left. Red lights and reduced speed. Hmmmmmmm.
Just gotta learn your truck is most important.
Remember when loading ANYTHING on the roof, that glass is fragile. See other posts about how easily it breaks.
I put my racks on the bed, then on the roof. Didn't like the look in either spot. Now they're in the garage. If I haul my bike, I'm going with the hitch rack as others have said. Much...
VIN 139xx here. R1T Headrest piece is wood, no 12v plug in frunk. Single magnet in frunk. Love the truck. I'm keeping it! California boy with 22" street tires on mine.

I'm stoked!! Very complicated decision I'm sure. But he made it. Good for you RJ. CEO's don't do stuff like this these days. For RJ it's not all about the money yet. Good for him.
I didn't cancel right away, trying to let my anger subside and not make a rash decision.
Glad I waited a minute.
Twice now, Since January, I've seen 6 Rivian R1T's on a truck on I40 near Barstow Ca headed west. Uncovered, wide open for all to see. Be nice to see them covered in white plastic protection like the Corvettes are. Point is, trucks are on their way somewhere. Things ARE moving.
One day, mine...
