I don't know what the purchase order would be, it was delivered with my truck. I can ship to AZ if you pay the shipping. I'm out of town until Thanksgiving day, so I can't ship before that. I'm sure the charger has a unique serial number if that helps us figure out what you need.

I want to see if I can get mine transferred out of ATL too, I stay just west of Clemson.
  8. Rivian Service Fails To Repair

I got 23k out of my 22s. Switched to a Nokian tire, still have 70% remaining after 21k. It's not unusual for a service center to require whats obviously wrong to be correct before moving forward, SOP in fact. Unfortunately what's obviously wrong is a wear item.
  9. Atlanta Service Center, What’s Going On?

I just dropped mine there this morning for a persistent motor fault issue. The parking lot was slammed full, and several EDVs to boot
  10. Snow 1, Rivian EDV 0 -- slides off road in icy Tennessee

I see cars parked on ice on a hill start sliding all the time when this mess comes around. It's driver/company error, not Rivian's. People here think mud tires are a good idea in the snow. I stay home.
  11. The Verge - ChargePoint is doing something about all the EV charger cable-cutting crooks

I work for the railroad industry and most, if not all, salvage yards are trained to identify our scrapable material and anybody trying to turn in tie plates or spikes, etc. will get met with a "sorry our system is so slow" while the authorities show up. I wonder if there would be a way to dye...
  12. What triggers Gear Guard recording?

I wonder if it's the data cable, but if it's the one that came with the drive... should be sufficient. That's interesting. I'm glad you're still getting video. I was just wondering because I have some Sandisk portable SSDs collecting dust I could be using.
  13. What triggers Gear Guard recording?

Dash cam records continuously, while the "incident" recording is like 2 minutes before and after a certain event, if I remember right. The "Gear Guard" only records people moving near the vehicle and only in well lit areas. Even then it is suspect. I was backed into while parked, even affected...
  14. Tonneau open or closed during snow?

I don't know if it was said, but better the tonneau be frozen shut than the spare tire bay... it can still be retrieved (although difficult) with the tonneau closed.
  15. If you’re letting a tire shop work on your Rivian, watch them like a hawk!

Even when they get it in the hole, they managed to mess mine up. I guess they had it in the first hole, but the hole is 2 layers thick and the 2 sequential holes don't necessarily line up with one another perfectly. That's what I'm guessing anyway, because the inner layer was bent up but not the...
  16. Where can the aftermarket help the R1T?

I, also, nominate suspension components. I'm approaching 50k, albeit slower than others, and the OEM options sound less than ideal. ?
