I think I saw that post as well. To me, it was fairly obvious that they were making a joke about how they convinced their kids that it was a Rivian update, while it was actually just the dad removing their ability to do it.

I think their is some sort of bug in recent updates. When I got this message I went and checked the videos that were stored. for the past couple of nights it would record 2 minutes of video, every 3 minutes. so it was almost non-stop recording for 2 days.

Mine used to work (Android). After recent OTA update it did not work for a day or 2. Now it works again. I don't remember doing anything special. "Send directions to Rivian" just started working again. ??? What phone OS and what version app are you on?
