Just for a data point…I ordered on 3/16 at 11:45 pm (it was the Saturday night the superchargers were turned on for testing) and I just got shipping notice this afternoon.

I am in same boat! I ordered the night of the 16th (Sat) after a few videos surfaced of people using superchargers. I am sure I fall into the 18th orders too. According to the @A2ZEV latest update all orders up to the 20th should be sent this coming week!

Without a doubt that’s an R1, that wasn’t in question. These photos are old (prior to R1 deliveries) and we are looking at the blue concept in the garage just behind the R1. Doesn’t look like an R3, too much curve on the roof and the door glass but it could have been the start of its design.
