You need an electrician. To start troubleshooting, try turning down the amperage and see if that helps. Otherwise you'll need to inspect the wiring connections and such. There is a ton of amperage flowing through the wiring, so don't mess around! The breaker is flipping for your protection

I think the point of the video is that these tires don't perform nearly as well as other AT tires, regardless if they are three peak rated or not. They compared against an all season and it didn't perform as well either.
