    I just chatted with support and they say they don't see any issues and only see that it was shipped and not returned. I figured UPS was just up to their usual funnybusiness but if i'm not the only one with that status it seems a little suspicious

    they're still for sale on the website, you'd think if there was some urgent issue they'd stop selling them. stopping shipments seems pretty drastic though. mine now says it'll be delivered Friday

    Is the 12V outlet supposed to be controlled by this “outlets” switch? Mine seems to be powered whether outlets are turned on or off, same with USB-C ports
