yea but right off the bat you are already taking a hit on range due to driving habits and weather. Just like mpg in ICE vehicles, EV estimates are tested in perfect conditions.
I am a max pack and a late reservation so I am waiting anyways. I also don't think the adventure pack is worth is. Nothing really included with it that I need or want. Maybe if they included the all terrain tires and spare I would be more interested in it.
I am still torn what to do. I can easily get by with the large pack even when I take road trips. Plus work is not far away. I will probably get rid of the truck when the avg range is 500 miles or more so I don't think it's worth an extra $10k, but then I wonder if everything I just said was...
I think 300 would be good for me, but the reality is that it's not actually 300 mile range. Take into effect weather, driving characteristics, and the all terrain tires I want it won't be 300 miles for me.
Can't wait to ring in the new year with all the drunks that can't handle their liquor. Thank God I have Ativan for them and restraints for when they become combative ?
cyber truck is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Wouldn't drive that abomination if it was cheap and had a long range. Maybe Musk is a huge blade runner fan and thought it would be a good idea to reproduce the cars or he was extremely high when he approved the design. Either way there are not...
better to wait a little longer and get something you want then to get your rivian with less range and find out you screwed yourself down the road. I don't see them releasing truck bed packs anytime soon so you can't fix having less range. The max pack isn't a need for me since I won't be towing...
I will check out the Silverado when reservations start on the 5th, but other than that there isn't anything I am impressed with. If they electrify my bronco I am all in, but that isn't going to happen anytime soon.
