  1. Rivian Website - "Shop Inventory" Broken

I find problems with the site when using Microsoft Edge but works fine with Google Chrome.
  2. Random Rivian Photos of the Day - Post Yours! 📸

Saturday was trail day, but Sunday was WASH day
  3. Switch to Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 from Pirelli Scorpion 275/55 R21

Not sure - am planning to check with Rivian Service during an upcoming service.
  4. Switch to Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 from Pirelli Scorpion 275/55 R21

As best I can tell you have to use AFTERMARKET because ONLY the Pirelli Verdes are in the Rivian screen app for the 21s.
  5. Rivian - Please give us REGULAR Cruise Control

'Like' this post if you want Rivian to give us regular cruise control when adaptive cruise control isn't available (like glare on the lense, sensors dirty from the truck that just went through a puddle in front of you, etc).
  6. Switch to Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 from Pirelli Scorpion 275/55 R21

I have the 21s and just did the swap earlier this week. At Discount Tire. I got 19k miles from my original Pirellis and then another 19k from my second set of Pirellis so decided to try the other option. So far (about 200 miles into the Michelins) I can't tell a difference. Ride is good...

Sandhill Crane watching near Kearney, NE (road to Rowe Sanctuary)
  8. Undocumented Changes in 2025.06

I should have noted in my first reply. The efficiency window in the driver's displayed shows a number and a line. The line does NOT go above 4.0, like @kevinhanff said. The number in that display previously showed no higher than 4, however, since installing 2025.06, my display now shows the...
  9. Random Rivian Photos of the Day - Post Yours! 📸

Great to meet you @Snowdog! Made it to Kearny and looking forward to a Runza! See you on the road again sometime...
  10. Rivian now charging $.68 per kwh

I'm bothered by some of the information in this post. For what it's worth... A kilowatt-hour (kWh) is a unit of energy equal to 3.6 megajoules (MJ). A U.S. gallon of gasoline, although not technically a unit of energy, contains about 120 MJ, thus expressing the energy in a gallon of gasoline...
  11. Has anyone travelled between Orange County and Pueblo, Colorado?

Prettiest drive, in my experience, is through southern Colorado (50). Regardless, depending on WHEN you're going to travel you're going to have to cross the Rockies. If you do that in Colorado, I agree, with COMtnEV, keep COtrip.org as a favorite to keep ahead of road closures.
  12. V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) - has anyone tried it?

In my opinion, once you figure out what you are trying to do with your system (lower your bill, lower your GHG footprint, off-grid, storm backup, etc.), the challenge is to piece that solution together. You'd need to decide if you Frankenstein (best components) or buy as much as...
  13. V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) - has anyone tried it?

Good to hear but since there's hardware investments to make use of this V2H capability, the sooner we hear, the better. We need to know what the R1s will integrate with, as many of us already own much of the needed hardware in our existing solar-storage solutions. Hope you're listening, Rivian.
  14. Rear-Ended: Looking for Rivian-Certified Recommendation

OP - FWIW - I went through the same thing you're dealing with when my R1T was backed into (I'm in Colorado so not much input on auto body shops for you). But, the other half of the repair process is getting a rental car. Not sure you need a rental car, but when I was told 4-6 weeks for the...
  15. Buying R1T Tomorrow - Torn Between Two - Any input?

The '23 may need tires - that's about $2k additional. Doubtful the '22 would need tires with 8k miles.
  16. Submit your questions for Wassym Q&A I’m moderating at LA Auto Show!

Regular Cruise Control is what it does when towing - Adaptive Cruise Control is not available when towing. When not towing, aka the other 99% of the time most people are driving the vehicle, the vehicle uses Adaptive Cruise Control or, when that's not available for whatever reason, nothing.
  17. Submit your questions for Wassym Q&A I’m moderating at LA Auto Show!

When the vehicle is out of coverage, can the data typically captured (and I see in tools like ElectraFi.com) be stored and sent once back in coverage?
