  5. R1T stereo sound ….not so good

Tidal has 3 levels of quality: Normal, Hifi and Master at 160 kbps, 1411 kbps and 2304-9216 kbps respectively (AAC, Lossless and Hi-Res equivalent). Maybe some of the observed differences are due to having different subscription levels.

Checked last night and it showed 2022.47 (IIRC) to be up to date. Hopeful that the vampire drain will be reduced. Truck sat at the airport for 9 days - dropped from 201 to 150 miles of range.
  7. Electrify America charging rate pricing increases starting March 6, 2023

Detroit Edison is $0.17 per kWh non-time of use where we are. The time of use plan is $0.11 overnight but $0.24 peak. If you switch to that plan and prove you’ve bought a BEV and installed a home charger, they give a $500 credit. Feeling pretty lucky compared to some of the rates reported! Then...

It started raining during our pick up and was pretty cold too. We were all keen to get in the vehicle for the overview and excited to get to drive. I missed a number of paint imperfections and didn’t find them until giving a thorough detail prior to dropping off for PPF. The ones on the roof...

  13. Why doesn't Rivian badge the Quad?

A friend of mine had a custom 911 on the ship that sank. When he asked what he could do about a replacement, they basically said ā€œgo to the back of the queue and start againā€ after he’d already waited about 9 months. He was less than impressed.
  14. Our New R1T

PPF on full front, full doors, gear tunnel and tailgate. All edges wrapped. Debadged for PPF. I may leave debadged. Opinions?
  15. Why doesn't Rivian badge the Quad?

I just got PPF on front, doors and tailgate. They debadged rather than cutting around. I’ve got to decide whether to clean up the old badges and apply new 2-sided tape, get new badges or stay debadged. Inclined to stay debadged. She had some pretty nice company in the shop!
