Was watching the new episode today and there’s Rivian everywhere! Ewan was wearing a Rivian backpack and the R1T got a shoutout pretty early on as well… not by name unfortunately, all in the first ten minutes of the episode! Edit: looks like there’s a dune R1T and an R1S.

I’m on IOS 18.5 (Developer Beta) on my iPhone 16 Pro and it’s used 4% of my daily average of 80%-40% today which is slightly higher then the past 10 days being at 1% but i also used it more today so the difference is marginal at best.

With the new update i can’t see live data either☹️

I agree i thought 357 was a little outrageous, that’s why i was hoping for come invoices so i can convince them to lower the price.

What did you trade your R1S in for?

Ya it’s been working pretty good for me especially if the fan is really blowing than the error will be gone in 5 minutes.

Happens to me charging at home if the garage is above 60 so i’ve learned to accept it, if i’m in a hurry i turn on a fan and the problem is resolved.

i have the OEM 20” Darks as configured so it shouldn’t be an issue.

So taking it into rivian and i got a quote for $357 just for road force balancing… This seems a little excessive. What have you guys payed for it in the past at rivian, and if possible could you send your invoice if $357 is over top.

The Cosmic ash tray is a pretty amazing sight especially when you can almost drive right up to it. before i knew about the alternate entrance we would do the 8 mile hike in from the backside which wasn’t quite as enjoyable but still amazing views! Also would recommend Egypt 1 as a nice and easy...

I also go down there a few times a year with the Riv! The roads down there are just perfect for what they can do both on and off the pavement. I am surprised that you didn't just charge up in Escalante instead of going all the way to Boulder Mtn Lodge for the night.

The Michelin Defender LTX 275/55 R21 would have significantly better range but they could be a pain to replace due to the 21” rims not having as many replacement tire options.

From what i’ve seen the defenders have a tread width of 7.7” while the oem scorpions are 9.1”. They have tires have been taken off once and rebalanced twice which makes me lean towards a defective tire. Is it best just to bring up the idea of a defective tire or will they shoot me down pretty...

No they are in perfect condition, 233 miles on them as we speak.

Glad i’m not the only one who is thinking this… they have been hesitant with these tires ever since i changed tire size. They even told me they wouldn’t help me out if there were any issues but luckily they have so far.
