I’m still on cloud 9 from taking delivery so I haven’t really been able to find any negatives. The guy at Denver auto shield pointed out a couple misalignments which I def have to get fixed. Mostly around the bottom of the truck where doors and front/back panels join

Rivian service van came out to my house yesterday and fixed the camera issue. Took about an hour and a half. Very pleasant compared to having to wait at a “normal” dealership service center.

When in the Rivian app it also confirms and ask you if you want to wait and pay instead of paying at that moment. I help off until the day before to ensure the delivery was happening.
