My guess is the issue is with the packaging of the fixes and the cost. Either way, I'm holding off on my purchase until there is clarity one way or the other regarding the PTC. I was asked to confirm back in November but told them I want to wait.

I would be okay if they removed the option but opened up the cavity so we either get more gear tunnel or bed space that was taken up by the PTC.

This should be a fairly easy feature to add I would imagine. I know some luxury SUV's already have a feature that lowers the rear end to aid in unloading/loading the trunk.

Same here. Just texted my guide that I will wait. She sounded fairly confident that it is supposed to arrive the first half of 2023, but we all know how that goes. I'm in no rush to get the truck and would rather get a later build with more revisions/fixes for some of the common issues anyway.
