All things considered and given this context now, I’ve now had four cars treated with tint, ceramic coating and PPF. Even amidst the trim issue, I will gladly use California Tint again in the future.

QMerit partners with Rivian, yes. They contract out the work and in my case recommended a couple companies. I had two respond and ultimately went with In House.

I hear ya. I’m a 2018’er too, but I recently switched from an R1S and added another reservation for it later down the road. Just want a damn Rivian!
Vin 104xx assigned around 08/10, but still waiting for 8th step to unlock :( Dying to know what the average time is from VIN assignment to keys in hand is!
This would align with what our test drive rep said too in that they took a bit of time between deliveries now that they’re moving to rail car delivery (hence the large number of new vehicles there?)
