Since they have contacted maybe 100 people so far it’s very doubtful they can call 7500 people( my estimate of LE) in ten days. However u might be right.
When they originally said contact by late Nov I think most of us thought a real phone call not a mass email. Obviously when no one has been contacted the last few months an email was the only solution.
