I just came back from the Service Center and they told me they can’t change the image. Disappointing!!

Did anyone have this addressed? Did it help with the noise?

My truck is at the SC right now. I will reach out to them and see if this is possible. One day, when they install the redesigned tonneau cover I would like to add that as well. I'll post an update here once I get my truck back.

I recently added Rivian crossbars to my tuck. I was wondering if there is a way to change the truck image on the (dash) display and in the app to show the crossbars. Not a big deal but it would be a nice touch.

I just drove my wife's '23 Volvo XC90 and realized how quiet it is. Nobody can convince me that it's normal for a modern, new truck to sound like my R1T. I had a friend in it earlier today and I was embarassed when he commented on the sound coming from the front end.

I have a service appoitment for this Friday (Jan 20) and will see what they say. They will give me a R1T loaner, I'll be able to compare. If this is normal or within spec I'm going to list my truck for sale. It might end up being the cheapest used R1T sold to date.
