Did you confirm your config this year? Do you have Shop access? Seems like those pending fulfillment (confirmed but no vin assignment), and are closest to the front of the queue, didn’t get a delivery estimate and cannot get Shop access anymore.

Many people are also baffled that Rivian’s values/priorities don’t align with theirs.

I had it for a week in Jan and then it was taken away. I was told once you get access you keep it until vin assignment, but that was obviously just a bunch of donuts.

I’m within an hour of three service centers, so the “delay” was most definitely due to me switching from Max pack to Large right after the fall refresh last year..

My guide is actually Danny, but he’s been super unresponsive. Better luck emailing CS and getting replies from other guides!
