The Chelsea service center is a nightmare to get to even if you are not far away from the city, last time I was in there I was lucky enough to get stuck waiting for the bridge to close.

I was wondering if anyone had an alignment done outside of Rivian. I just ordered new tires and don't want to have to get Rivian to do the 4 wheel alignment given how much of a pain it is to get into the service center location.

The Boston SC is always backed up, it's been that way even when I got my truck in July last year. At least it seems like they have a decent stock of loaners now, so it isn't as big of deal to be without the truck. They service such a large area it is not a surprise.

It feels to me when using driver+/adaptive cruise control that the truck is utilizing the friction brakes (can feel the pedal move) and not regenerative ones to regulate speed. Is this the correct understanding?
