If you want your Rivian then ask for shop access. We live in Raleigh and took delivery in May. Also, mobile service can handle quite a lot so lack of service center in NC hasn’t been a problem for us.

Received the same error due to leak in the air suspension system. Rivian replaced both front air struts, but the problem remains. Truck is going back to service in few days to replaced additional components.

Had my rock sliders installed by EV Sportline 2 weeks ago, so far no issues at all but only time will tell.

It would still likely result in higher than usual phantom drain, the truck would have to wake up and use the dc to dc converter to recharge the 12v battery. However, you would have to investigate if the truck actually wakes up if the battery level drops. You will drain the 12v battery completely...

We were just at the beach and used 12v fridge during the day. This can give you a bit of an idea about the phantom drain over 6 our so hours when the outlets are left on.

Filed amendment on our 2022 taxes in early May with binding agreement from August 2022. Took delivery of R1S May 3rd 2023. Very smooth process with TurboTax and just received refund check 2 weeks ago.

Agreed, most of the updates, which are frequent consists of "we replaced X and going to see if that fixed it overnight" and then moving onto the next part in the system. My service list of items has grown to about 16 items from original 5 when I dropped the vehicle off almost 2 Friday's ago.
