Midnight 30 Sunday.
Long line at Dollar MCO.
Had reservation for cheapest car.
Signed the forms.
Walked over to the garage. Literal mob scene , no queue. flared tempers.30 weary frustrated people.
NO cars in sight.
Some can-do customers, many there for a long time.
Who would possibly be...
We’ve been asking for 5 months when the Maryland center will be open and have let all things go and living with them
Finally found out soonest appt is September
As for the $4600 rear T glass, State Farm is still haggling with the high extortion of the proprietary glass.
The 320 we are considering 2018 has indoor galley but no indoor toilet nor shower.
I told the dealer that’s gonna be a tough sell - likeky why their eBay trial didn’t even get half the reserve it
While men’s rooms are anywhere and everywhere…….
I’d like to know about the nucamp
We are considering a 320 and assume to 400 is the bigger brother.

The 400 is around 2700 and 320 about 1800lb
If and when we get one we will report
Update from OP
For grins we submitted a request with Safelite and they said they had a fit and scheduled a visit.
They a message came in about it being a tougher find then another about global supply chain issues
Tomorrow we’ll call the Authorized Rivian designated body shop
Since I don’t want...
Shattering news
Too bad no one has made a hack or workaround yet - and it’s basically a flat panel of glass likely a uniform rectangle.
Shouldn’t be so costly and involved.
It’s a pick up , an ADVENTURE-centric vehicle no less, things come and go in there .
Ours lost an attack by my bike crank arm.
It’s all gone.
Support line sez to visit a Rivian designated collision center because they work directly with insurance company instead of an outside facility that we’d pay and collect later.
Our fault so will pay outa pocket
Anyone break/replace any glass?
Does the turn signal blink the headlight?
Agree it’s novelty but likeky a 30 second job.
We’ve been wanting them to focus on the core too and loosely follow the lead of Aptera and limit the choices, colors, bling
Camp Kitchen?
How much time and money pit was that?
I feel for you all
After ours jammed up in week 1, the local
SC - Maryland now gone , removed it.
I told my guide I did not want any cover -how about a wall charger ? They said nope - why would they want to do that?
It will cost them big time and money
This customer’s Tin Lizzie just turned 100.
Likely the last time either of us will get a chance to park next to such a vehicle .
I asked to hand crank it and he said it might compromise my (Albeit marginal) ability to play my sax which needs both arms and hands intact.
