One of our two G2 Tris just got the update (our newer VIN, delivery date 3/6/25). Other one delivered 11/23/24 no update yet. Update just showed up for our second R1. Will install it once the wife returns with it.

Seems to be an action in most apps from a quick check on my phone (safari, youtube, etc). However none of them do anything and present an error saying not supported which makes sense. How long has this been a menu action? No clue as that's a menu I almost never use anyway.

Have you tried recreating a shortcut? I just created lock and unlock shortcuts now and both work fine for me.

Not sure. I didn't even notice on delivery day that it was different. They both look fine to me. Just thought it was interesting they changed it.

I know I'm just piling on. AND I'm not complaining. Update will happens when it happens. But just as another data point we have 2 Tri S's, west coast, Connect+, and neither have received the update notice yet.

As mentioned in the release notes many of the new features mentioned need the vehicle side update before they will be available. For example, charge port door. It's exposed through iOS shortcuts now, but it doesn't actually work yet.

We have a Tri S VIN 582xx and this week got another Tri S VIN 666xx. Just noticed today the charging pad pattern is different. On the older one it's the Rivian diamond shapes. On the new one it's circle and ovals. Other minor things I've noticed. New S no longer has the front storage pocket...

Super minor cosmetic issue, but just noticed it. We have two R1S Tris, so both have darkout package. In the mobile app however only our green one appears correct. My new blue one appears to have the bright package, which is obviously doesn't. Wonder if there's some feedback location I can drop...

FG has so much flake. I love it.

Just got mine today. This new version is shaped differently on the side that faces the OEM slide out drawer allowing it to open/slide out properly.

There is no Rivian watch app today. The only app is WaaK which is a 3rd party app.

Isn't the issue simply that .51 added sound check (and perhaps it got enabled by default) rather than pre .51 having sound check in some hidden capacity? Not sure I'm following the last couple of comments in this thread.
