  1. Rivian not supported with EVgo Autocharge+?

I signed up for evgo yesterday and added my vin. I have no option to enable the autocharge feature. Other fun things: There are 2 email verifications? I clicked on one and it said complete. But the mobile app (not the web app) was still showing unverified. Eventually another validation email...
  2. Anyone amended Tax for year 2022

That's a great update. Thanks for sharing! I can ratchet down my stress a little. :-)
  3. Anyone amended Tax for year 2022

They were just as lost as i was. Yeah, basically keep waiting. That message sucks ass.
  4. Anyone amended Tax for year 2022

I purchased in August. Submitted as soon as I had the paperwork required. The IRS acknowledged receipt, but said it would take 16 weeks (!!) to process. That deadline came and went. Still not processed. The tracking page shows this crazy message, but calling them and talking to an agent revealed...
  5. PAK works to unlock, but not to start (iphone)

I don't agree. If the phone unlocks the car, it should be able to start it. It has identified itself. Why is the Rivian unlocking one gate, but not the next? Curiously when i hit up my bluetooth settings, I see an extra few Rivian entries that are not paired up. Possibly I should unpair and repair.
  6. PAK works to unlock, but not to start (iphone)

Tried the lock/unlock thing, no go. Timing: It was a few seconds from unlocking to trying to turn the car on. Walk up, car unlocks, get in, brake pedal. Tried force quitting the app also. In the end a phone reboot brought it back to life. ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ
  7. PAK works to unlock, but not to start (iphone)

Adding: This happened sometimes with Tesla. However, the Tesla app offers a ā€œstartā€ option. So even if it didn’t work automaticall, i could still get the car working and leave. The Rivian app offers no such start option. Without a card, wrist band, or fob, I would be stuck.
  8. PAK works to unlock, but not to start (iphone)

I’ve had my R1S for a little over a month, and I’ve been thrilled. Everything is so great. Including the phone as key. Worked flawlessly. Until today. I walked up to the car and it unlocked, but when I got in the driver’s display is telling me that I need to put a key on the door. WTF. I tried...
  9. Video External Storage - How To

Noice. I haven’t tried customizing it. Will hit that up. Thanks!
  10. Video External Storage - How To

Omg, finally found it! Swipe up from the bottom! It’s like an Easter egg! ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ
  11. Video External Storage - How To

This how to would be even more lit if it said where gearguard was! Damn, I’m searching all over the interface, in the car and on my phone. Nothing. Why does Rivian hide so many features?! No charging interface in the car. GG is hidden away *somewhere*. Any help?
  12. Thule 1-1/4” rack on Rivian 2”: How to do it, and how to make it secure?

I’ve got a Thule bike rack. The locking mechanism is slick, but the model i have is 1-1/4ā€. I’d guess I can get a sleeve to adapt the 2ā€ receiver on the R1S to size down. But how can I make it secure? Anyone with experience? Am I better off* trading up to a 2ā€ model of Thule?
  13. Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Trip in R1S -- 1200 miles in 11 days

The current Tesla chargers in ML are NACS only. There’s a new bank going in on Old Mammoth Rd on the east side of town. More stations. With any luck, CCS capable. Great point tho. The charging situation in ML is bad. I was lucky to be staying at a condo with a 40a circuit in their parking spot.
  14. Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Trip in R1S -- 1200 miles in 11 days

nice! I never missed true off-road tires, but then I wasn’t pushing it. Im not experienced and wasn’t going to learn in the wife’s brand new rig. Might be different in winter tho.
  15. Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Trip in R1S -- 1200 miles in 11 days

Adding to the list: Absolutely, 100% love that I can trust the range. After 6+ years of Tesla’s bullshit range predictions, it’s refreshing to be able to trust what the rangeometer is telling me.
  16. Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Trip in R1S -- 1200 miles in 11 days

There are RAN L2 chargers in the valley base. We did not go that far in (from the east).
  17. Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Trip in R1S -- 1200 miles in 11 days

I picked up my El Cap R1S (Bruce) on 8/23. We had already planned on going up to Mammoth, but getting delivery in time for the trip was definitely icing on the cake. I’ve done Mammoth several times in my 3 and my S, and I was very curious to see how Bruce would do. Notes to keep in mind: On...
