Had my first experience towing with my new to me, R1T - dual performance. I was pulling an extremely lightweight aluminum trailer, likely less than 1,000 pounds loaded. I noticed that it strictly utilized both motors all the time? Is there a way to disable this?

Hi Stephen! Did you end up using your Blue Ox Swaypro set up for your Rivian? That’s our current set up as well and this will be our first year camping pulling with the R1T. Would love any feedback or issues you may have come across. Thanks!

Random question - how do you know if you have more than one 12V battery?

It does look like things have stalled out according to Rivian Roamer, although maybe they operate PST and it’s still early for Monday metrics? (I’ll add the note that this is my first update, so not sure what’s considered “normal” or not. 🫣)

Were you able to schedule an mobile appointment? This issue I had was when I was debating on getting the Rivian, they told me I was in the “service area”. Fast forward to having to schedule my first service, I was then told there were no available mobile appointments all the way out till June...

Oh, nice! I grew up in Danville and migrated slightly east into Columbia county. Hoping the larger presence we get here in NE PA allows them to at least give the option for mobile services. 2 hours and 45 minutes is rough one way for a service…

Hoping for more options in Central PA as well. I’m in Columbia county and so far have been told mobile technicians are not an option for my area so I’ll have to continue to drive 2.75 hours to the Malvern site.
