Yup. And while the Sprinter jack in the original post seems mostly okay, this one has been similar. Almost none at more of an angle...so far.

I did end up redoing my insert as I commented in my post above. Probably need to shave off at touch, but it came out better using the super sharp bread knife to cut manually. Everything don't by hand. Also note I made the cutout for the jack at an angle to limit and avoid hydraulic oil seeping...

There are templates for the slots as well (click the first link for the R1S templates and scroll down past the circle templates), but I made sure to measure and mark the panels before cutting to make sure they lined up properly on my R1T templates...and if I remember correctly there was a panel...

I had the same. They did not fix it und3r warranty. I think it only cost around $250 to replace the wheel why my vehicle was in for other service.
