Hi! I am not seeing your email, could you resend? After a few recent updates the hardware fix is recommended to solve this issue once and for all. It's not too difficult - just pay attention to that black antenna wire as it is not fun to re-attach if it becomes disconnected.

Bluetooth, correct. In a perfect world Rivian would give us a way to integrate directly with their A2B bus, but alas, hasn't happened yet. Delay is not an issue - watching video syncs just fine with the respective audio. Hope that helps!
