I could’ve sworn I read that somewhere you could pay for Connect+ using your Rivian referral reward points. Now I can’t seem to find it and I don’t see an option online. I’ve seemingly checked everywhere. Anyone know or has done this before?

Can confirm above observations this morning. I would also note that if you have your set charge to 70% and it’s not able to get to that in the time allotted (my scheduled charging ends at 8am) the light will be red.

Not necessary. I’ve found mine is buggy and doing that eliminates most issues for me so I’ve started to preemptively do it.

It does move. You can get the tool or struggle with it for 5 min while sweating and swearing. I chose the second option :(

Went on a hike last weekend and I had to park on the side of the road on an embankment. The kids screamed “PUT IT IN ALL TERRAIN MODE!” Apparently this is 8 degrees. Great day for a hike minus the mosquitos.

I wonder if they increased the prices because so many owners got 6 months of free charging (or longer). That perk of the referral program was eliminated after a short while. The price will probably come back down in a bit to stay competitive. That’s my guess.

These guys have a good idea to mount it onto the crossbars first and then put the whole thing on the truck. Even in kneel mode it would be sketchy to lift it up over our heads and set it down over the mounting points without hitting the glass roof.

Can you elaborate? It looked like just some clamps you tighten down? Should I keep it or return it? My other option is to get the Rivian branded one using some gear shop points
