I had tried closing the tailgate several times before trying to close the top gate... Thanks so much for the explanation; I used a screwdriver to gently move the latch into the 'latched' position... and now everything works again. I didn't realize how the mechanism worked; thank you!!!!!!!!

Since the update (2024.19.4) that installed for me last week, it seems like every time I drive the headlights turn themselves on, and if I turn them back to off, they'll turn back on again pretty soon. Any ideas? Thanks!
