Sorry to hear my worst fear. I've had my R1T about a month. I was a little nervous taking trips way out of town for this reason. I've now done several thousand+ mile trips and planning to go through 4 states next week. I hope in a month you are as happy with your truck as I am mine.

It was my understanding that it would have been good enough. My credit union did not follow the details and I was on the on the other side of the country and could only email and created a lag. My guide and everyone at Rivian was excellent and very flexible.

For me it became an issue. They had the truck in town and had scheduled a delivery. I had to delay a couple of times waiting on my credit union to send and them to receive payment. They also seemed keen on validating that my insurance was valid as well. Just my experience. -Drew

Didn't quite expect those to be fighting words. I know I have a quad motor. You are right, if I said I had a dual motor, I mis-clicked. I know I have a quad motor. Sorry if this caused some friction. I'm now 4 days in and it is the best vehicle I've ever owned.
