As @Dark-Fx Said you just pull the rubber boot off and theirs a hex to turn, I think it's such that if it's too hard to latch you turn it left a bit then try again, if it is loose you turn it right.
He is 100% telling you the truth, it's just a latch adjustment to account for variance in production, you can probably get them seated without it but, may as well correct it.
Yeah I see you’re within 100 of them, that’s nothing. Could be a batch of triple vs squares, could be they printed out a stack of 100 invoices and they’re working through them top to bottom, I wouldn’t waste time worrying.
I feel bad for those stuck - hopefully it's resolved soon but I can't fathom not bringing the backup card. I've had my phone die a ton on bike rides and other adventures.
Most of that isn't feasible, I could see adding a backup NFC option though that works similar to the keycard that's independent of the app being installed at all. That's the most likely scenario.
They aren't - mine has worked all day and even did it in airplane mode. Just a perfect storm where some users(and especially if you open the app) get logged out which then severs the PAAK.
Or your phone dying, getting stolen, breaking, etc. I saw someone say they carry their wallet in their phone case.. uh gl when that gets stolen or left somewhere.
I wonder if the harness is still there for the 12v? If not maybe that was the source of constraint if so then maybe you can retro add it.
Edit: I challenge anyone to buy a car for any price, I will sit in it with you and complain about so much stuff, if it makes you feel better. :)
lol - I ordered day one (sliders) and still don't have, but also, I've ordered things that have "already released" from various aspects of my life I'm still waiting on(camera parts, gaming, garden supplies, other rivian accessories), maybe just move on if you can't wait.
Things can be a standard and still require integration with 3rd party. As I said if they set it up for their own, 3rd party are probably just around the corner.
Will just take teamwork with EA really. So I'm sure it's around the corner. Probably the truck signs a request, EA checks the signing with Rivian, Rivian says good, EA allows charging based on registered vehicle. That or it's paired with EA separately.
I mean from an effort standpoint it has...
