I completely agree. I think RivIan has done an admirable job of providing updates on a monthly basis. There will be some features that I wish would come sooner but it is impossible to satisfy ever owners particular needs as quickly as they like. Thatās why you get people whining ,yes thatās...
Thatās correct. The Rivian Certified repair shops will be outrageously expensive. They are instructed to repair to factory new which means no bondo and entire panel replacements. I had a dent that was slightly smaller than yours on my R1T and I was quoted a price of $5,200 from a Certified...
I am sure this has been covered already. I am still a bit confused as to why the treads are suggesting a tire size different than the 20ā AT Pirelliās. If itās efficiency gains it just feels like the impacts to speedometer readings and range isnāt worth any potential gains. There are plenty...
I have owned by R1T since March of 2022 so almost 2 years. While there was a need for added features that have been accomplished through monthly updates the software that came with it was just fine. A responsive screen and not glitchy so I wouldnāt say the experiences are comparable.
Thatās absolutely right. I had what I considered a very minor dent in the back of my R1T and a Certified shop in Houston quoted me $5,500 to fix it. I was outraged. I ended up buying a replacement taillight on EBay for $250 ($600 from Rivian) and I got the entire dent, including the cost of...
Good point. I actually took deliver in March of 2022. I was one of a small handful in Houston that received one that early. I will give it another shot but this time when there is no construction going on.
Yeah it was a mistake to try to use in an area where there was some construction even though it was relatively minor. Houston is notorious for taking forever to complete construction and it is underway on most of the freeways in the city and surrounding areas.
I have had my Rivian R1T since March 22. A few days later I tried out Driver+ for the first time on I-1O about 30 miles west of Houston. There was a bit of construction in the area but everything was going fine until the vehicle took a very sharp turn towards the concrete barrier. I had to...
I find it interesting that all the article Iāve read about the Cybertruck talk about the starting price of $60K and a 0-60 of less than 3 seconds. First of all who knows when if ever you will see that version. Even if you do it will have a range of 250 miles and a 0-60 of 6.5 seconds. Who...
Iām with you. I have purposely stopped using mine even though it has worked fine when I have had to use it. Rivian knows itās a flawed design and all of them should be replaced otherwise itās bound to malfunction at some point with the risk that it does so after the warranty expires. They...
When I have to change out my 20ā Pirellis and purchase a tire set with the same diameter will I still need to take my R1T to the service center for a recalibration?
