Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I did test it at higher volumes and did not hear any fluttering. The sub is set at approximately 65% power. Seems like a sweet spot. Any more then 65% and the vehicle start to vibrate like my OG neighbors 76 el camino.
For what it's worth, the amp is set to:

My thought exactly. But then I guess the space itself is small enough to act as a ported enclosure? This is my first iteration but I don't mind changing it around if an audio engineer comes by to provide feedback.
Excellent question. Forgot to mention that. Industrial strength velcro applied to bottom and side of the amp: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FY9MCQB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
It took me three months. However, if you didn't have a one year old running laps around you, you can probably get it done in 4-5 hours. Including fabrication of the bracket, not including paint and sikaflex drying time.
This is my take on the subwoofer replacement in what was supposed to be "Premium" audio in the 25 R1T Tri Max.
Quite frankly, Rivian was very close to having premium audio, but dropped the ball on this by installing a 6x9 speaker in place of a good-quality sub. Maybe, by the time of this...
25 R1T here. My first 4500 miles were on 20’’ AT. I swapped to 22’’ range wheels with Pirelli Scorpion MS. I’m about 1000 miles in. My goal is to commute on the range wheels April to November. Swap to the 20’’ 3 peek AT Dec-March.
My main take away is that the 22’’ feel slightly more stiff, but...
I'm also in the camp of "learn to wait for kneel to complete". :p
My wife is also short and it took us a few weeks to learn to be patient for a few seconds it takes the vehicle to lower. Kneel mode also resumes if the doors are re-closed within 90 seconds. So if you open the door by accident...
Thanks for heads up. I’m doing a relatively small upgrade. Mainly to correct the lows.
I’m planning on adding:
JL Audio JD250/1 amps
JL Audio 8W3v3-4 sub
You think I’ll still need a second battery?
HankTheTank wants to know if Serge is a tri motor or dual?
Mind sharing start-end destination? I just skipping on a trip to SLC via Nevada due to the very few chargers.
I’ve done 2600 miles in my TriMax R1T with AT 20’’. I get around 2.2-2.6 miles per kWh on the highway at 70mph in 65F temps in Conserve mode, standard height. Around 300 miles range. SF Bay topography so hills and flats.
Rivian just started offering the 22” Range wheels so I’m looking to get...
