I haven't yet found a way in any Ecoflow product to bypass this when supplying 240v and ingressing 120v.
I wish there was an option to hard limit the 120v intake, that would solve/simply problems in a snap 😉
It will shutoff. The question is: Can you limit the Delta 3 Ultra Plus AC input to (lets say) 1200w while outputing ~3000w AC at the same time?
If so, that's a huge win in terms of efficiency, specially for those with a Generator Port without a battery system installed. I might look into this...
Thank you for tagging me :) I'm already trying to play my cards to get my hand on a V2H as soon as possible after Rivian (if?when?) releases such a product. Should be fairly trivial to integrate for those with Generator ports and/or transfer switches.
From the patent, it looks like they are...
Cool, then monitor the sleep time during the day today and if it doesn't sleep at all, then I would keep it plugged into an L2 charger. Otherwise the 12V battery will suffer
Do you have a Rivian Roamer account? if not, create one (free should work but I would definititely consider the pay subscription and it adds lots of value for the money)and monitor your truck for 24hrs and watch the Activity bar on RivianRoamer's dashboard:
You can clearly see the SLEEP/...
The beauty of the DC power supply is that the Rivian is always isolated from the house AC Circuit. For what is worth, you could be using a hair dryer in the outlets that the Rivian would treat it the same as the DC power supply.
Both my 'big' inverter and the Ecoflow would never try to 'suck...
I'm curious! Did anyone else gave this a try already?
Last weekend I actually gave my cousin (who was here visiting) a quick run on how I setup things, took lets than a minute to plug everything out and worked perfectly first try. He was impressed :)
This looks great! I remember you asking questions about things to automate in other threads :) Glad to see this became a product!
So, in theory, for those with Dual/Dual Performance can turn off the "auto" ride height and swithc to Sport Mode evey time they start a drive, for example? That will...
I live in Texas where I have Free Nights (really $0.00/kWh from 8pm to 6am) and I've been using this plan since 2017. During daytime is a steep $0.33/kWh so... steep. But we got used to it and my electric bill was always lower than my neighbor's. Now with two EVs (one since 2022 and 2nd one in...
