It sounds like air suspension to me. Whenever I have my ride height at “auto”, which is most of the time I hear that when I park. If I had it at lowest setting, I would rarely hear it when parked; sometimes in the middle.

Tangential question: what AS are you swapping for and what is the efficieny gain would you potentially getting. I have stock 20’; but cringe every week on loss of ~20% miles. It is hard on me as a utilitarian. I do want to move to summer tires in 2024 and try that. So collecting information.

I am biased and white is a great choice. I always loved yellow though; but my family wanted white. So whenever I see any yellow cars, I regret for not going with yellow though. Too many choices in life ?

I agree. It is the fixed cost and they can only bring it down by volume. They need to quickly move to R2 platform for volume; but I see this as a good trend. There is no other SUV like R1S in the market and they should capitalize on that until R2.

I wouldn’t consider anything other than glass roof. I am 6’2” not too tall and like to have space. The glass roof open it up for me; even in total sun. Any car that doesn’t have it as default is archaic I feel; just my personal 2 cents.
