Terrible suspension to what? I have driven much worse Jeep wranglers. I test drove R1T when deciding. At least I couldn’t see the difference bet. R1S and R1T; may be by 2H2023 they had improved it. I also don’t have to see high resolution pictures. I know it is all your personal perspective.

IMHO Gen 1 is still a better car compared Gen 2; except for crisper camera and lifecycle support will end sooner. Rivian understands and has experience in troubleshooting Gen 1. Gen 2 will go through the similar learning experienc; albeit may be at a steeper learning curve and a shorter...

I don’t know what you guys are talking about R1S ride quality. It was bit bumpy with 20s and noisy too. I have 21s and it is sliding through the streets. So I don’t have a clue on the R1S specific ride quality.

I wanted to add - among factory options; as I am not sure about trusting the other wheel tire combo; unless there is a test run by trusting entity or efficiency expert.

G1 is a great vehicle. We dont have to keep up with the Joneses. I am leapfrogging to R3X for me; nothing compels me. This way I generate less waste overall, perhaps! (Yes that is what I will tell when Joneses stop by :cool: )

I really love my 21s and do have 20s for winter. 21s are so much quieter and awesome efficiency. So if 21s are being discontinued, which one is the efficient wheel+tire combo & does it come close to 21 efficiency.
