I donāt see if anything has changed after latest updateā¦everything is exactly the same including inaccurate route planning. Today Rivian was suggesting a route of 24 miles for 29 mins drive vs 18 miles for 24 minutesā¦I was surprised that route planner is not able to get fastest and cheapest...
I am not surprised with thisā¦in Cupertino, I used to see only couple of them till Dec and now can easily count 15-20 within my 2-3 miles radius every day. R1S is hit and it seems new lease offer is helping customers to try this vehicle..
That was my only and biggest issue with Rivian and caused me too many service center visit. The only solution to this is to slightly open the window and it will get close fine. Rivian should add that thing Tesla has when windows rolls down slightly when you open the door and they roll back up...
I agreeā¦PG&E is looting residential customers specially if you have high electricity usage. Check suitable plan from PG&E, should cost you .36 per KW ā¦additionally use Grid app which can help you to optimize charging
Roll down windows to full, use a thin cotton cloth and clean both sides, which touches glassā¦not sure if this is the material or something else but cleaning that works.
Yes, it must be agile based development and we all know Rivian has produced one of the best EV product and will continue to improve by adding features but it must be done with right frequency. Most of these changes are not necessarily going to affect the core function of the car. Again I might...
I feel monthly release is just too much and now donāt really required anymore specially when they are bleeding money. They should really move to quarterly release with some significant updatesā¦
I feel service center are draining lot of $ for Rivian just because they are just so inefficient and donāt have right tools to schedule services. They need to achieve same day service SLA quick enough to avoid paying for rental; it just doesnāt make sense to me at all. I am very sure they are...
I tried it but can hear some weird sound and it took double time than what it would take using direct electricity. Not sure if this sound means anything.
Was just told that outage will be fixed by tomorrow evening.
It is really frustrating when you see these issues at critical time specially when it has something to do with kidsā¦Hope Rivian will be able to fix your issue soon.
BTW, rear door issues seems to be common problem and I tried to get fixed but even after multiple services, I was unsuccessfulā¦it...
Lately I am feeling unpredictability in Driver + mode and itās certainly not that stable anymore on regular roads I drive almost daily. Something has certainly change in last update which is causing this behaviour.
Yeah PDR should be fairly simple if technician can reach out from insideā¦I had a small dent close to door border and was charged 250 to remove the dentā¦it was 90% cleared but yours is in middle and any good technician can fix it completely.
Mine had toP rim came off and had to call SC and they fixed during one of the appointment..most of the fixture issues are easily fixable by SC but the problem is that they are so backlogged that it is taking weeks to get appointments
Hi - Can folks in Cali share some avg amount they are paying for insuring Rivian? My last premium has increased by 25% without any change in coverage and Rivian provided insurance is almost 80% expensive what I already have.
