I tried dropping EQ settings like @Kelvn suggested and that helped. I have the volume set at 2 or 3 for regular listening now. Instead of 1 or 2. Haha! I’m happy to have apple music though.
Strange! Hope a reset works for the bugs! My update is working well so far on my 23 R1S. Apple music is nice and the sound seems like it has improved. I have experienced the random glitch in music but Amazon did this too (& it was worse). We have full reception here in the city.

Update, I already have my R1S back! SC took my car in on Wed afternoon. They called on Friday saying they found two leaks in the coolant lines on my R1S. There was only half of the coolant left. Repair was completed 2 days faster than estimated & AC is working great again! ??

I have the this one too and am really happy with it. Looks good and works like a champ. Aesthetically, I like the look and texture of others a little better. I was envisioning my kids using the drawer/bowl as junk storage though. Ha. Made the decision easier.
Thanks to you all for the empathy and helpful suggestions! This heat and no service in sight was making me question my decisions to get this car. Now, at least I can be hopeful to have my beautiful new car returned asap. I really do love it.
