Just replaced the Pirellis. They lasted 16k miles. I went with Michelin Defenders now. Much better ride and comfort.

I picked up my gen 2 R1S (Aug 2024). I received the Rivian gen 2 all weather mats 1 week before picking up the Rivian. They've been awesome. Great quality. Great fit. Good looks. Easy to wash/clean/dry. I highly recommend them.

To reduce cabin heat. Less strain on your AC too. Less UV rays hitting you when you are driving. As you know the majority of the sun rays and heat come via the windshield. I have noticed the difference the ceramic tints do. It’s a big help.
