    So this is what I got from the service advisor: One of the connectors of the HV battery was stuck open causing it to have a constant flow of energy. This drained the battery as well as the 12v batteries. That is the best she was able to provide me....hope that helps

    I don't think it was driven "hard" at all. I had about 1500 miles on it and my average highway speed was 75 mph. I would also say I did 95% one pedal driving

    Update: Just got off the phone with the Service Advisor and they will need to replace the high voltage battery. Do not quote me on this because my cell service was a little choppy but apparently a conductor or connection was left open and would not close causing the battery to constantly...

    I never answer 888 numbers but I accidentally did a week ago and it was my guide!!! He originally estimated 3-6 weeks for delivery but I will be picking up my R1T tomorrow at the El Segundo service center! Could have taken delivery sooner but the days and times did not work out.
