Have you done a hard reset. That may address many of the bugs you are dealing with. There are many folks here who highly recommend it after every update

how often are you all honking the damn horn. I have owned the vehicle for over a year and have only honked it at most 3 times. Talk about making a mountain out of a damn molehill. As many others have also stated, it's a simple upgrade if desired. :facepalm:
the BMW iX had a spaceship sound of acceleration that was composed by Hans Zimmer. My son loved hearing it. It wasn't overpowering so I didn't mind it. It was nice to hear that you were accelerating. I can do both with and without :)
