I didn’t upload any photo. I meant it was obvious that a two inch slash in the sidewall was far too big for the goo to be effective. The tire could not be pumped up with our air compressor. Air hissed out as fast as it was pumped in.

As is probably obvious from the size of the slit in my tire the tire goo would have been utterly useless. We didnt even try it.

Yeah — what’s up with this BS ? Very inconvenient and after logging out and logging back in it’s now lost my car and my charger. So I’ll have to figure out how to add them again before going anywhere. Nice work Rivian. ?

Thanks for the reply. Deleting the bluetooth connection on the phone was not sufficient. The charger needed to be deleted from the Rivian account which I finally figured out how to do.

Long story short: took delivery yesterday. Delivery person said I needed to make a new Rivian account and couldn't use the one I had previously created to pair with the charger. Now I can't pair with the charger on the new account until I delete it from the prior account. I can't find where...
